Ear candling is a wonderful and natural technique used to eliminate and improve clarity of the mind, increase energy and create a sense of well-being as oxygen travels through air passages and then enters the brain. This helps to assist the functions of the nervous system.
Ear candling involves a hollow and narrow candle that is placed into the ear. A flame is created that acts as a vacuum drawing out wax, residue and fungus. Ear candling also assists in drawing out fluid through a process called ‘convention’. Convention draws out toxins out of the ear.
